How many hours should I book?

Setup and tests are included in your slot. For a 45-minute to 1-hour podcast episode, allow 2 hours: welcome, settings, the recording and a few retakes all fit inside. The configurator adjusts the price to the duration. If in doubt, a call settles it in two minutes.

My guest is remote, can you record them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, via duplex, as an option. Your guest joins the conversation from home, their image and voice come onto the set and the director switches between you live. Add the duplex when booking or in the quote.

Question 3

How are your guests welcomed?

Accepted Answer

The reception area, chill corner and coffee are there for everyone. To go further, a private dressing room, makeup and hair, VIP room, valet or catering can be added à la carte. Let us know when booking or in the quote.

Do I need technical skills to shoot?

Accepted Answer

None. A dedicated video and sound expert is present throughout the session: settings, framing, sound, starting the recording. You focus on your content, they handle the technical side. And if the camera itself is what intimidates, add on-camera coaching.

Question 5

How do I prepare my session?

Accepted Answer

Arrive a quarter of an hour before your slot, time for a coffee and a last look at your notes. Bring your script or your questions: the teleprompter is available à la carte if you prefer to read on camera. As for clothing, only avoid thin stripes, which shimmer on camera. The video and sound expert sets up the stage, you have nothing to install.

In what format are the files delivered?

Without editing, you receive one video file per camera and each microphone's audio track, separately, in 4K as standard and up to 6K depending on the package. Enough to edit yourself, or to hand us the editing later. Everything downloads from your client area within one business day.

Question 7

Can I change sets during a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request. The sets are next to each other: a podcast can carry on as vertical video on another set, in the same session, if the neighbouring stage is free. Tell us beforehand, in writing or in the quote, and we schedule both sets and the changeover time.

Can we broadcast live from the studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our stages are equipped for multi-camera live capture and broadcast: webinars, TV sets, online events. The technical team handles the control room and streaming to your platforms. The details are on live capture, and the setup is scoped with a quote.

Can I book in the evening, at the weekend or outside opening hours?

Yes, on request. The online calendar follows the studio hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. For an evening, a weekend or an early-morning shoot, write to us or call: we look at the team's availability and the terms together, surcharge included.

Can I visit the studio before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by appointment. A member of the team walks you through the sets and the workshop, and you ask your questions on site. Book an appointment, then reserve your slot once the set is chosen.

Which package should I pick?

Accepted Answer

You edit yourself: the shoot package, by the hour. You want to leave with content ready to publish: the recommended package of your tab, one price, editing included. Still unsure: come and visit the studio, we settle it on site.

Why does the price change with the set?

Accepted Answer

Each stage has its own hourly rate. The prices shown start from the cheapest set. The sets page gives each one's rate, and the booking shows your exact total, set, duration and options included, before you pay.

What is included, and what is an option?

Included in every package: the stage and its set, Shure SM7B microphones, Blackmagic multi-camera capture (4K as standard, up to 6K depending on the package), cinema lighting and a video and sound expert at your side. As options, each at its price in the details: extra reel, remote guest, edited replay, portrait photos, thumbnail. Nothing else is added.

Are prices shown with or without VAT, and how do I pay?

Both: the incl. / excl. VAT switch next to each price flips the display. You pay online by card when booking, secure Stripe payment, and the invoice with VAT lands in your client area. Companies paying on invoice go through the quote.

What if my shoot runs past 2 h?

Accepted Answer

The session is a 2-hour block, sized for five short videos or one episode. To shoot longer, pick an hourly package, Shoot or Shoot + assembly, or request a quote for a season.

Question 17

Can I change my package after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Write to us before the session, we adjust the booking and settle the difference with you. Rescheduling is free up to 48 h before the session, once per booking.

Question 18

What if I cancel, and do weekends cost more?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation is refunded in full up to 7 days before the session, at 50% up to 3 days before, and not refunded after that. On Saturdays and Sundays the set carries a 20% surcharge.
